## Section 1: Applicant Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
All applicants must provide valid government-issued ID.

## Section 2: Income Requirements  
Monthly income must exceed 3x monthly rent.
Proof of income required for last 3 months.

## Section 3: Background Check
Background check required for all applicants over 18.
Criminal history reviewed case by case.
