# Employee Leave Policy

## Section 1: Eligibility

All full-time employees who have completed at least 90 days of continuous employment are eligible for paid leave benefits.

## Section 2: Annual Leave

Eligible employees shall receive 15 days of paid annual leave per calendar year. Unused annual leave may be carried over to the next year, up to a maximum of 5 days.

## Section 3: Sick Leave

Employees are entitled to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. A doctor's note is required for absences exceeding 3 consecutive days.

## Section 4: Parental Leave

Employees who have worked for at least 12 months are eligible for 12 weeks of paid parental leave following the birth or adoption of a child.

## Section 5: Approval Process

All leave requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance through the HR portal. Emergency leave requests may be submitted retroactively within 48 hours.
